Service 07 / Campaign strategy

One campaign idea, carriedor six fragments shipped on the same date.

Most campaigns are a calendar, not an argument. Six teams ship on one date, the buyer sees six unrelated things, and the retro blames the channel. We build one idea that gets progressively more specific across every touch a buyer meets.

THE EXPENSIVE RECURRING PROBLEM

A launch date is not a campaign.

Without a single argument underneath, each channel optimises for its own metric and the buyer never experiences a story building.

01

The theme is not a commercial bet.

A slogan gives creative teams a topic, but not the audience condition, expensive problem, belief change, offer, or evidence the campaign must test.

02

Every channel repeats the same asset.

Email, paid, social, events, partners, and sales copy inherit identical language instead of performing distinct jobs in the buyer journey.

03

Launch day replaces an operating cadence.

The project plan ends when assets go live. No one defines daily checks, weekly decisions, stop conditions, or how sales response changes the motion.

04

Reporting arrives after the budget is spent.

Channel metrics are assembled into a post-mortem without showing which audience, message, proof, or handoff assumption failed.

THE CAMPAIGN STRATEGY

Every action leaves state for the next one.

The loop defines its input, output, human checkpoint, and return path. Activity stops when the evidence says stop.

01

State the commercial hypothesis in one sentence.

Audience condition, expensive problem, belief to change, differentiated mechanism, offer, evidence, and expected business response become one falsifiable campaign thesis.

COMMERCIAL PRIORITY · CAMPAIGN THESIS
02

Choose who should move and what triggers attention.

Segment, buying context, stakeholder roles, awareness, exclusions, owned audiences, account signals, and sales context define the reachable campaign audience.

THESIS + MARKET EVIDENCE · AUDIENCE + TRIGGER MAP
03

Give every channel a distinct job.

Paid earns reach, social builds familiarity, content proves the point, email advances interest, partners transfer trust, and sales converts context into conversation.

AUDIENCE + BUYER PATH · CHANNEL JOBS + ASSET MAP
04

Launch the sequence, handoffs, and operating cadence.

Pages, creative, messages, routing, tracking, sales context, owner, timing, approvals, and escalation paths launch as one coordinated sequence.

ARCHITECTURE + ASSETS · LIVE CAMPAIGN
05

Use signals to continue, change, or stop.

Audience quality, engagement depth, conversion, conversations, pipeline, cost, and qualitative response trigger explicit operating decisions.

WHAT COMPOUNDS

The campaign leaves behind an operating model, not a folder of launch assets.

A durable campaign system preserves the hypothesis, audience logic, channel jobs, reusable proof, handoffs, and decision history behind the work.

Commercial hypothesis, segment, trigger, belief change, offer, proof, exclusions, and success definition.

Channel and asset architecture

Channel jobs, sequence, creative system, page path, email, sales activation, ownership, timing, and dependencies.

Baseline, operating signals, thresholds, interventions, stop rules, outcomes, caveats, and next-bet learning.

A TYPICAL FIRST 30 DAYS

Build one campaign from commercial bet to operating control.

The first month resolves the thesis, audience, channel jobs, priority assets, activation path, and live decision cadence around one bounded campaign.

01DAYS 01-06

Write the campaign thesis

Align the priority, audience condition, problem, message, offer, proof, business outcome, and what would invalidate the bet.

THE OFFER · $3,000 · 10 WORKING DAYS

Ten days. One commercial bet, built end to end.

We take the launch, segment, or bet that matters most this quarter and build the whole motion around one argument: page, sequence, content, and sales handoff.

WHAT SHIPS

1The campaign argument, in one page
2The asset set that carries it across channels
3The sales handoff, so demand does not die at the boundary
4The measurement plan and the number to judge it on

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

The useful boundaries.

01Is this campaign planning or execution?

Both can sit inside one motion. Strategy without activation leaves orchestration with you. Execution without a thesis creates disconnected assets. Scope follows the commercial priority and capacity.

02Which channels do you support?

We activate only the channels the buyer path needs. This can include owned content, email, paid social, search, partners, events, outbound, pages, and sales enablement. More channels are not automatically better.

03Is media spend included?

No. Strategy, creative, audience logic, measurement, and operating support can be included. Platform spend and third-party production costs remain separate and explicit.

04What if the campaign underperforms?

We use predefined signals to locate the failed assumption: audience, message, offer, proof, channel, friction, or follow-up. We revise or stop based on evidence instead of protecting the original plan.
